Peter Jones, Chairman, comments – “This is a building and community centre that has been here for 200 years – we want to keep our pub, and we want to keep the community hub!
Meanwhile, Debbie Sheehan, PR and Marketing Officer, is new to the village of Fadmoor. She is desparate to come down for a drink, meet people, talk to people and come down for a meal on Friday night as she once did.
For Martin Young, Secretary and Membership Officer, The Plough is the reason he chose to move to the village of Fadmoor. It is even the place of his wedding reception! He stood in the dining room and gave his speech!
Paul, investor and weekend volunteer, loves being involved.
“Its’ a community venture. It’s a great thing to do. It gets everybody involved right from the start . . . it’s going to deliver and great fun”.
